Public allowed for Lok Bhawan (Governor's House) Garden visit from 10th January
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- For GENERAL PUBLIC from 10th January-2026 to 20th January-2026 (from 2.30 pmto 6.15 pm)
- Entry for GENERAL PUBLIC is permitted only through Lok Bhavan Garden Visit mobile App (which can be downloaded from Google Play Store).
- There is no entry fee for visiting the Lok Bhavan Garden.
- For SCHOOL STUDENTS up to Class-X from 10th January 2026 to 20th January 2026, from 8.30 A.M. to 10.30 A.M. only on the basis of written request from school authorities.
- The school students should come in their school uniform and with school identity card and must be accompanied by adequate number of teachers and other employees of school.
- For permission for visit of Lok Bhavan garden by school students, the School Authorities concerned may send their written request to the ADC to Governor on E-mail ID- adc.odishagovernor@od.gov.in
- The request must contain the full name and contact details of the person under whose supervision, the students will visit Lok Bhavan garden, the date of the intended visit, number of students and teaching and non-teaching staffs of the school and such other details.
- It may be noted that no request shall be entertained for meeting Hon’ble Governor during such visit.
- The visiting students and their supervising persons will abide by the safety norms and regulations of Lok Bhavan security.
- No food and beverage is allowed inside the Lok Bhavan campus during such visit.
- The Lok Bhavan authorities shall not be responsible for any mishaps, accidents or any injuries to the school students or their supervising persons during their visit to the garden.
- Permission for garden visit accorded, to the General Public and school children, is liable to be recalled or cancelled any time due to any unforeseen events or exigency.

ନୂଆବର୍ଷର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନ ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦିବସ ରହୁଥିବାରୁ, ଏହି ଦିନ ମୋର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ଗୋଟିଏ ସାଧାରଣ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଦିବସ ଭଳି ଚାଲିବ ଏବଂ ନିୟମିତ ଭାବେ ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହେବ। ତେଣୁ, ମୋର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟକୁ ନୂଆବର୍ଷର ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ କିମ୍ବା ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଜଣାଇବା ପାଇଁ କେହି ନ ଆସିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ।
ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଫିସ ସମୟରେ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଓ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସାମିଲ ନ ରହି, ଅଫିସ୍ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ। ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ଜନସାଧାରଣ ତଥା ମୋର ଶୁଭାକାଂକ୍ଷୀଙ୍କ ସଦିଚ୍ଛା ମୋ ସହିତ ସବୁବେଳେ ରହିଆସିଛି। ସେଥିପାଇଁ ମୁଁ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ କୃତଜ୍ଞ।
ମୋର ସରକାରୀ ବାସଭବନକୁ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଶୁଭେଚ୍ଛା ଜଣାଇବାକୁ ଆସିବେ, ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ନିବେଦନ, କୌଣସି ଉପହାର କିମ୍ବା ପୁଷ୍ପଗୁଚ୍ଛ ଧରି ଆସିବେ ନାହିଁ। କେବଳ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ସଦିଚ୍ଛା ଓ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ମୋର ଏକାନ୍ତ କାମ୍ୟ।

Anu Garg, IAS appointed new Chief Secretary
Senior IAS officer Anu Garg has been appointed as the new Chief Secretary of Odisha, succeeding Manoj Ahuja, who retires on December 31, 2025.
Garg, a 1991 batch IAS officer, is currently serving as Development Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary of the Planning and Convergence Department and Water Resources Department. She will be the first woman to hold this top bureaucratic position in the state.

Odisha State Secretariat Badminton Association (OSSBA) is going to organize 16th Secretariat Open Badminton Tournament from 6th to 9th January, 2026 at Secretariat Mini Stadium, Lokseva Bhawan.

Instructions
- 1. Registration process will be closed on 23:59 hrs. of 2nd January, 2026.
- 2. No entry will be entertained by any other means except online registration in Odisha State Secretariat Badminton Association(OSSBA)’s Website: www.ossbaodisha.com
- 3. Every participant must have valid Secretariat Employee I’Card.
- 4. In Online registration module there are two steps, one for “Registration of player” and another for “Event Entry”. After completion of registration of player process, “Player ID” will be generated and this player ID will be sent to your email ID. This “player Id” will be used for submission in different Event Entry.
- 5. For Veteran Doubles, Participant must have reached the age of 45+ as on 1 st January, 2026.
- 6. Events will be – 1) Men Singles (MS); 2) Men Doubles (MD); 3) Women Singles (WS); 4) Women Doubles (WD); 5) Veteran Men Singles (VMS); 6) Veteran Men Doubles (VMD). 7) Mixed Doubles (MXD).
- 7. Entry Fee:(Non-refundable) : Men’s: Per Person/ Per Event – Rs. 150/- & Women’s: Per Person/ Per Event – Rs. 100/-.
- 8. Mode of Payment: ONLINE PAYMENT Through UPI Scan .
- 9. Only the players who have paid entry fee will be allowed to play. .
- 10. Confirmation Report will be generated after successful online submission of the Entry Form and it will be forwarded to your email.
- 11. Always visit OSSBA website www.ossbaodisha.com for fixture, match schedule and results.

ଅଶୋକ ନଗର ସ୍ଥିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସଚିବାଳୟ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନ (OSTI)ର ନବନିର୍ମିତ ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକାରେ ଗତ ତା.୧୫.୧୨.୨୦୨୫ ରିଖ ଦିନ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧନା ସଭାରେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସଚିବାଳୟର ଚତୁର୍ଥ ବ୍ୟାଚ (Induction Training OPSC 2021) ର ୪୪ଜଣ ସହାୟକ ଉପବିଭାଗ ଅଧିକାରୀ (ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ) ମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାର୍ଟିଫିକେଟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଏହି ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷାର୍ଥମାନେ ୨୬.୦୫.୨୦୨୫ ଠାରୁ ୨୪.୦୯.୨୦୨୫ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତୋଷାଳୀ ଭବନ ଠାରେ ଅସ୍ଥାୟୀ କ୍ୟାମ୍ପସରେ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ନେଇଥିଲେ । ତେବେ OSTI ର ନୂତନ କ୍ୟାମ୍ପସରେ ପ୍ରଥମ କାର୍ଯକ୍ରମ ଭାବେ ଏହି ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧନା ସଭା ଆୟୋଜନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏହି ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକା ଓଡ଼ିଶା ରାଜ୍ୟ ପୋଲିସ୍ ଗୃହନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ନିଗମ ଦ୍ଵାରା ପ୍ରାୟ ୧୨.୫ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କାରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଉପରୋକ୍ତ କାର୍ଯକ୍ରମ ରେ ସ୍ୱରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମୂଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀ ସତ୍ୟବ୍ରତ ସାହୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ତଥା ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ପ୍ରଣତି ଛୋଟରାୟ ଏବଂ ଓଡିଶା ପୋଲିସ ଗୃହନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ନିଗମର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ତଥା ପରିଚାଳନା ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଶ୍ରୀ ସୌମେନ୍ଦ୍ର ପ୍ରିୟଦର୍ଶୀ ମହୋଦୟ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଏଥିରେ ୪୪ ଜଣ ସହାୟକ ଉପବିଭାଗ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସ୍ୱରାଷ୍ଟ୍ର ବିଭାଗର ଅଧିକାରୀ ତଥା ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ବିଭାଗର କିଛି ଅଧିକାରୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ ।
ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନର ପ୍ରିନସିପାଲ ତଥା ଯୁଗ୍ମ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀ ମନୋଜ କୁମାର ଷଡଙ୍ଗୀ ସଭା ପରିଚାଳନା କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ ଶେଷରେ ଅଧ୍ୟାପକ ତଥା ଉପଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଶ୍ରୀ ତରୁଣ କୁମାର ବିଶ୍ବାଳ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ୍ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ।
