SAACAR : Launched by Hon'ble CM
To expedite compensation payment process to victims of SC-ST atrocities, CM has launched the web portal, SAACAR - 'Single Window Application Atrocity Compensation Assistance and Relief'.
The portal will help faster investigation and quick compensation payment. SAACAR portal will facilitate faster investigation & payment of compensation in 1st phase to victims in SC-ST atrocity cases within 21 days. This portal will avoid the delay caused by the existing manual system of enquiry and payment of compensation to the victims.
CM said that Odisha Govt is committed to the welfare of SC-ST community and this portal will bring a huge solace to the victims of atrocity belonging to SC-ST community. The portal will increase efficiency in delivery mechanism of State Govt through the #5T initiative.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the Secretariat Chess Championship - 2022 organized by Odisha Secretariat Chess Association (OSCA) which was scheduled from 18th October - 28th October, 2022 is rescheduled to be held from 27th October to 4th November, 2022.
Maharashtra’s 2 Shiv Senas get new names

ଗତ ତା.୨୭.୦୮.୨୦୨୨ରିଖରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ସଚିବାଳୟ ଏଏସ୍ଓ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର ଫଳାଫଳ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାୟ ସମସ୍ତେ ଉତ୍ସୁକତାର ସହିତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଥିବେ। ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଲୋକସେବା ଆୟୋଗ ତରଫରୁ ନଭେମ୍ବର ମାସ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ସମାପ୍ତ କରିବେ ବୋଲି କୁହାଯାଇଛି। ତେଣୁ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ଶେଷ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଲିଖିତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଫଳାଫଳ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ବୋଲି ଆଶା କରାଯାଉଛି। ଗତ ୩ଟି ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା କୁ ଦେଖିଲେ ଲିଖିତ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଓ ତାର ଫଳାଫଳ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯେତେ ବ୍ୟବଧାନ ଅଛି, ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ କିନ୍ତୁ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଶୀଘ୍ର ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଶେଷ ହେବାନେଇ ସମସ୍ତେ ଆଶାବାଦୀ।
ଏହି ବ୍ୟବଧାନ ୨୦୧୧ ରେ ୨୫୦ ଦିନ, ୨୦୧୩ ରେ ୧୨୪ ଦିନ ଏବଂ ୨୦୧୮ ରେ ୯୯ ଦିନ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ତେଣୁ ୨୦୨୧ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଏହି ବ୍ୟବଧାନ ପ୍ରାୟ ୫୦-୬୦ ଦିନରେ ହେଇପାରିବ ବୋଲି ଆଶା। ସେହି କ୍ରମରେ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ଶେଷ ସପ୍ତାହ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଫଳ ବାହାରିବା ଆଶା କରାଯାଇପାରେ। ସବୁ ଠିକ୍ ଠାକ୍ ଚାଲିଲେ ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ୧୫ ଦିନ ଭିତରେ କମ୍ପ୍ୟୁଟର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ହୋଇ ନଭେମ୍ବର ୩ୟ ସପ୍ତାହ ରେ ଚୁଡାନ୍ତ ଫଳ ବାହାରି ପାରିବ।

ପାନ ଦୋକାନରେ ବସି ଜ୍ଞାନ ବାଣ୍ଟିବା ବହୁତ ସହଜ। ସେମାନେ ଅତି ଅନାୟାସରେ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଙ୍କୁ ରାଜନୀତି, ଜୟଶଙ୍କରଙ୍କୁ ବିଦେଶନୀତି, ଶକ୍ତିକାନ୍ତ ଦାସଙ୍କୁ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି, ରତନ୍ ଟାଟାଙ୍କୁ ଶିଳ୍ପନୀତି ଓ ସେନା ମୁଖ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧନୀତି ର ବିଷଦ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେଇ ପାରନ୍ତି। ନିଜେ କିଛି କରି ପାରିବାର ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ନଥାଇ ବଡ ବଡ ଭାଷଣ ଦେଉଥିବା ଏମାନେ ହେଲେ ସେଇ ପାନ ଦୋକାନ ବିଶାରଦ।
ହଁ, ଆମେ କହୁଛୁ ସେଇମାନଙ୍କ କଥା, ଯେଉଁ ମାନେ ଚଳିତ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟରେ ଚୁକ୍ତି ଭିତ୍ତିକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ବିଷୟରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନହେବା ପରେ ସଂଘ ନେତ୍ରୁତ୍ଵ କୁ ବିଷଦଗାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସେହି ବିଷୟରେ ଏହି ଆଲେଖ୍ୟ।

Subject: Revision of rates of Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees- effective from 01.07.2022.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Ministry’s Office Memorandum No. 1/2/2022-E-II(B) dated 31.03.2022 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the President is pleased to decide that the rate of Dearness Allowance payable to Central Government employees, shall be enhanced from 34% to 38% of the Basic Pay with effect from 1st July, 2022.

Champion : Warriors, Runners Up : Eagles
Secretariat Warriors defeated Secretariat Eagles in 2-1 goals and became the Champion in the Football Tournament organised by Odisha Secretariat Employees Athletic Association (OSEAA). Similarly, in the match for third place, Secretariat Riders defeated Secretariat Superkings by 4-1 goals.
