OSSA Election : ନୂତନ ଆଶା ଓ ସମ୍ଭାବନା

ରାଜ୍ୟ ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘ (OSSA) ର ସାଧାରଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପାଇଁ ଆଜି ମନୋନୟନ ପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲର ଶେଷ ଦିନ ଥିଲା। ଇତି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମୋଟ ୯ ଟି ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ ୨୩ ଜଣ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ପ୍ରତିଦ୍ୱନ୍ଦ୍ୱିତା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀ ପତ୍ର ଦାଖଲ କରିଥିବାର ସୂଚନା ମିଳିଛି। 

ଆସନ୍ତାକାଲି (୧ ଅପ୍ରେଲ) ନିର୍ବାଚନ କମିଶନ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀପତ୍ର ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରି ସଠିକ ତାଲିକା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବେ। ପରଦିନ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଏପ୍ରିଲ ୨ ତାରିଖରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀପତ୍ର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାହାର ପାଇଁ ଦିନ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରାଯାଇଛି।ସେହିଦିନ ଚୁଡାନ୍ତ ତାଲିକା ମଧ୍ଯ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇବ। 

ଯାହା ଆଶା କରାଯାଏ, ଆସନ୍ତା ୧୨ ତାରିଖ ନିର୍ବାଚନରେ ଦୁଇ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ପ୍ୟାନେଲ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୀବ୍ର ଲଢେଇ ହେବ।

Dearness Allowance increased by 3% for CG Employees

Cabinet approves release of an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief to Pensioners, due from 01.01.2022

The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, has given its approval to release an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners w.e.f. 01.01.2022 representing an increase of 3% over the existing rate of 31% of the Basic Pay/Pension, to compensate for price rise.

This increase is in accordance with the accepted formula, which is based on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission.

The combined impact on the exchequer on account of both Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief would be Rs.9,544.50 crore per annum. This will benefit about 47.68 lakh Central Government employees and 68.62 lakh pensioners.

Extension of retirement age : Rajyasabha Question

In reply to a Rahya Sabha Question, DoPT has stated that there is no proposal under consideration to increase the retirement age of Central Government employees. 

N.B. There was a rumour about increase in retirement age from 60 to 62.

Government approves drawal of balance arrear salary

Government have been pleased to release remaining arrear salary  (20%) arising out of revision of pay under ORSP Rules, 2017.

The revised pay was fixed w.e.f. 01.01.2016 for State Government employees and revised salary is being paid from September, 2017. So the arrear from 01.01.2016 to 31.08.2017 was to be paid to the employees. 

80% of this arrear was drawn in three phases as below. 

First Phase :  40%

FD Memo No. 6062 Dt.12.03.2018

Second Phase :  10%

FD Memo No. 5168 Dt.13.02.2020

Third Phase :  30%

FD Memo No. 26 Dt.01.01.2022

# 10%  of arrear salary (Out of 50% arrear) as employees contribution towards NPS was released vide FD OM No.2858 Dt.11.10.2021 read with FD L No.594 Dt.07.01.2022. So no further deduction will be there for NPS.

ଏହି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ରେ ଭୋଟ ଗ୍ରହଣ ଅପ୍ରେଲ ୧୨ ତାରିଖ ସକାଳ ୮.୩୦ ଟାରୁ ଅପରାହ୍ନ ୪ଟା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଚାଲିବ। ସେହିଦିନ ସଂଧ୍ଯା ୬.୩୦ରୁ ଭୋଟ ଗଣତି ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ନିର୍ବାଚିତ ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ମାନଙ୍କ ତାଲିକା ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯିବ। 

ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବାର ପ୍ରାୟ ୨୦୦୦ ସଭ୍ଯ ଏହି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ରେ ନିଜର ମତ ସାବ୍ଯସ୍ତ କରିବେ।
