Government have been pleased to release remaining arrear salary (20%) arising out of revision of pay under ORSP Rules, 2017.
The revised pay was fixed w.e.f. 01.01.2016 for State Government employees and revised salary is being paid from September, 2017. So the arrear from 01.01.2016 to 31.08.2017 was to be paid to the employees.
80% of this arrear was drawn in three phases as below.
First Phase : 40%
Second Phase : 10%
Third Phase : 30%
# 10% of arrear salary (Out of 50% arrear) as employees contribution towards NPS was released vide FD OM No.2858 Dt.11.10.2021 read with FD L No.594 Dt.07.01.2022. So no further deduction will be there for NPS.
