Recently 185 Junior Data Entry Operators have been issued appointment letter to join as such in different administrative departments of Government. Some of them have already joined in their concerned departments.

The All India CPI-IW for May, 2021 increased by 0.5 points and stood at 120.6 which was 120.1 in April, 2021. Based on CPI-IW of last twelve months, the Dearness Allowance is expected to reach at 30%.

Functioning of Government offices till 15th July, 2021

All Departments of the State Government and Sub-ordinate Offices in the state shall function with at least 50% strength of employees (officers of the rank of Deputy Secretary and above who shall attend Office daily) during 1st to 15th July, 2021. Employees who have been fully vaccinated shall attend office mandatorily.

Operationalization of "Quarters Management System" (QMS) Module

"Quarters Management System (QMS)" Module has been developed for utilizing its application in post-allotment activities of Rent Section to minimize the processing time and bring transparency in the process followed by the GA & P.G Department through use of Information and Communication Technology. There will be no manual transmission of aforesaid orders / notices / intimations to the occupants. Therefore, occupants of G.A quarters are required to visit their HRMS platform regularly and take note of orders / notices / intimations, if any, issued to them from Rent Officer/ Estate Court.

Fourteen OSS officers are going to retire from Government Service on attaining age of superannuation on 30.06.2021. There are 3 Deputy Secretaries, 4 Under Secretaries, 3 Desk Officers, 1 Section Officer and 3 Assistant Section Officers in the list. We wish their happy retirement life.

Extension of validity of the identity card of Secretariat employees

Home Department has extended the validity of Admission Card issued to Officers / Employees of Secretariat till 31.12.2021. It's for information that the Cards issued earlier has validity till 31.12.2020. But the same was extended till 30.06.2021 video Office Order No.40227/SS dtd.16.12.2020.

Vacation of stay after six months unless granted extension for good reasons

Hon'ble Supreme Court have observed that as per decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court clarified in MA No. 1577/2020 vide order dated 15.10.2020, any stay order passed by any Court cannot remain effective beyond six months unless a specific order has been passed by the Court.
