Abolish New Pension System (NPS) and Contractual Appointment Rules 2013
ପାନ ଦୋକାନରେ ବସି ଜ୍ଞାନ ବାଣ୍ଟିବା ବହୁତ ସହଜ। ସେମାନେ ଅତି ଅନାୟାସରେ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀ ଙ୍କୁ ରାଜନୀତି, ଜୟଶଙ୍କରଙ୍କୁ ବିଦେଶନୀତି, ଶକ୍ତିକାନ୍ତ ଦାସଙ୍କୁ ଅର୍ଥନୀତି, ରତନ୍ ଟାଟାଙ୍କୁ ଶିଳ୍ପନୀତି ଓ ସେନା ମୁଖ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧନୀତି ର ବିଷଦ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେଇ ପାରନ୍ତି। ନିଜେ କିଛି କରି ପାରିବାର ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ନଥାଇ ବଡ ବଡ ଭାଷଣ ଦେଉଥିବା ଏମାନେ ହେଲେ ସେଇ ପାନ ଦୋକାନ ବିଶାରଦ।
ହଁ, ଆମେ କହୁଛୁ ସେଇମାନଙ୍କ କଥା, ଯେଉଁ ମାନେ ଚଳିତ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟରେ ଚୁକ୍ତି ଭିତ୍ତିକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ବିଷୟରେ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନହେବା ପରେ ସଂଘ ନେତ୍ରୁତ୍ଵ କୁ ବିଷଦଗାର କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସେହି ବିଷୟରେ ଏହି ଆଲେଖ୍ୟ।

Subject: Revision of rates of Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees- effective from 01.07.2022.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Ministry’s Office Memorandum No. 1/2/2022-E-II(B) dated 31.03.2022 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the President is pleased to decide that the rate of Dearness Allowance payable to Central Government employees, shall be enhanced from 34% to 38% of the Basic Pay with effect from 1st July, 2022.

OSEAA Football Cup 2022 : Secretariat Warriors Champion

Champion : Warriors, Runners Up : Eagles
Secretariat Warriors defeated Secretariat Eagles in 2-1 goals and became the Champion in the Football Tournament organised by Odisha Secretariat Employees Athletic Association (OSEAA). Similarly, in the match for third place, Secretariat Riders defeated Secretariat Superkings by 4-1 goals.

State Cabinet approved eight proposals
Odisha Cabinet approved the following eight proposals on 30.09.2022.
1) Food & Procurement Policy for Kharif Marketing Season 2022-23
2) Amendment of Odisha Civil Services (Combined Competitive Recruitment Examination) Rules, 1991
Cabinet Decision : Restructuring of Odisha Secretariat Executive Assistant /PA/PS Cadre
To gear up the State administration by providing experienced senior secretarial supporting staff to officers in the Secretariat, OdishaCabinet led by CM Naveen_Odisha upgraded 25 posts from Group-C & Group-B posts in the Odisha Secretariat Exe. Asst./PA/PS cadre.
Cabinet Decision : Restructuring of Odisha Secretariat Service (OSS) Cadre
As expected, State Cabinet approved the restructuring proposal of Odisha Secretariat Service (OSS) Cadre. The State Government have enhanced the cadre strength of OSS cadre at Group-A level by way of creation of 120 group-A posts in lieu of abolition of 94 posts at base level.
Cabinet Decision : CGL Recruitment Examination for Group- C & Group-B posts
Odisha Cabinet led by CM @Naveen_Odisha has approved Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination instead of multiple exams for Group-B & Group-C of State Cadre Posts or Service Rules, 2022. It will streamline recruitment process & complete exams in a reasonable time period.

ରାଜ୍ଯରେ ବେସାମରିକ ସେବା ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧାକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ‘ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବେସାମରିକ ସେବା ନିୟମାବଳୀ-୧୯୯୧’ର ସଂଶୋଧନକୁ ଓଡ଼ିଶା କ୍ଯାବିନେଟ୍ ମଞ୍ଜୁର କରିଛି। UPSC ଢାଞ୍ଚାରେ OPSC ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆୟୋଜନ କରିବାକୁ ଏଥିରେ ବ୍ୟାପକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରାଯାଇଛି। ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷାର ପ୍ରଗତି ସହ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବେସାମରିକ ସେବା ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀଙ୍କ ସୁବିଧା ପାଇଁ କ୍ଯାବିନେଟ୍ ବୈଠକରେ ‘ଓଡ଼ିଶା ବେସାମରିକ ସେବା ନିୟମାବଳୀ-୨୦୨୨’ର ପ୍ରଣୟନକୁ ମଞ୍ଜୁରୀ ମିଳିଛି। ଏହାଦ୍ଵାରା ପ୍ରାର୍ଥୀମାନେ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଭାଷାରେ ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଦେଇପାରିବା ସହ ସାକ୍ଷାତକାରରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭାଷା ଚୟନର ସୁବିଧା ପାଇବେ।

ରାଜ୍ଯରେ ଧାନ ଓ ଚାଉଳ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାକୁ ଆହୁରି ସୁପରିଚାଳିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କ୍ଯାବିନେଟ୍ ବୈଠକରେ ‘ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଓ ସଂଗ୍ରହଣ ନୀତି, ୨୦୨୨-୨୩’ ମଞ୍ଜୁର ହୋଇଛି। ଉଭୟ ଖରିଫ ଓ ରବି ଋତୁ ପାଇଁ ପୃଥକ ଭାବେ ଧାନ ସଂଗ୍ରହ ହେବାକୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏହି ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଓ ନାମମାତ୍ର ଚାଷୀଙ୍କୁ ଅଗ୍ରାଧିକାର ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

ଶୁକ୍ରବାର ଦିନ ରାଜ୍ୟ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ବୈଠକ ବସିବ। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାରେ ହେବାକୁ ଥିବା ଏହି ବୈଠକରେ କିଛି ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ପାରିତ ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ରହିଛି।
ବିଶେଷତଃ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନେ ଉତ୍ସୁକତାର ସହିତ ଏହି ବୈଠକକୁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ୨୦୧୩ରୁ ପ୍ରଚଳିତ ଚୁକ୍ତିଭିତ୍ତିକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତି ପ୍ରଥାକୁ ସଂପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଉଚ୍ଛେଦ କରାଯିବ ବୋଲି ସଂଘର କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା ବେଶ ଆଶାବାଦୀ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେହିପରି ରାଜ୍ଯ ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବା ସଂଘର କ୍ୟାଡର ପୁନଃଗଠନ ସଂକ୍ରାନ୍ତରେ କିଛି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯିବାର ସଂଭାବନା ରହିଛି।
ଗତ ସପ୍ତାହରେ କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ବୈଠକ ବସି ୩୨ଟି ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ପାରିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ସାତ ଦିନ ବ୍ୟବଧାନରେ ପୁନର୍ବାର କ୍ୟାବିନେଟ୍ ଡକାଯାଇଥିବାରୁ ସରକାର କେଉଁ ପ୍ରକାର ଦଶହରା ଭେଟି ଦେବେ, ତାହା ଉପରେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ନଜର ରହିଛି।

No fine, if applied for HSRP online before timeline
In case any vehicle owner has applied for High Security Registration Plate (HSRP) online before the timeline applicable to his vehicle, he shall be exempted from enforcement checking provided he produces an online booking slip during the checking.
