GA&PG Deptt Champion : SMCA Cup 2023

23.05.2023 : ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ବିଜୟୀ ହୋଇ ଟ୍ରଫି ହାସଲ କରିଛି। ଇସ୍ପାତ ଓ ଖଣି ବିଭାଗ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ପରିଷଦ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ଏହି କ୍ରିକେଟ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ ଗତ ୧୭ ଅପ୍ରେଲ ରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ସଚିବାଳୟ ମିନି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଏହି ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚଟି ବେଶ ରୋମାଞ୍ଚକର ହୋଇଥିଲା।

ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ପ୍ରଥମେ ବ୍ୟାଟିଂ କରି ନିର୍ଧାରିତ ୧୦ ଓଭରରେ ୬ ଓ୍ୱିକେଟ ହରାଇ ୧୨୩ ରନ୍ କରିଥିଲା। ଦଳ ତରଫରୁ ମନୋରଞ୍ଜନ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୫୭ ରନ୍ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏହି ହାଇସ୍କୋରକୁ ପିଛା କରି ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକସଂପର୍କ ବିଭାଗ ୧୦ ଓଭରରେ ୭ ଓ୍ୱିକେଟ ହରାଇ ମାତ୍ର ୬୮ ରନ୍ କରିପାରିଥିଲା। ଦଳ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆଲୋକ ମହାରଣା ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୩୭ ରନ୍ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ, ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଓ୍ୱିକେଟ ପତନ ହୋଇଚାଲିଥିଲା । ଉଭୟ ବିବେକ ଓ ମନୋରଞ୍ଜନ ୩ଟି ଲେଖାଏଁ ଓ୍ୱିକେଟ ନେଇ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗକୁ ଚମ୍ପିୟାନ କରିବାରେ ସହାୟକ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ଉକ୍ତ ମ୍ୟାଚରେ ମନୋରଞ୍ଜନ ମ୍ୟାନ ଅଫ ଦି ମ୍ୟାଚ ହୋଇଥିଲେ।

ଚଳିତ ସିରିଜରେ ଆଲୋକ ମହାରଣା (୩୪୨ ରନ୍ ଓ ୧୫ ଓ୍ୱିକେଟ) ମ୍ୟାନ ଅଫ ଦି ସିରିଜ ଟ୍ରଫି ହାସଲ କରିଥିଲେ।

ସଚିବାଳୟ ମିନି ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମରେ ଇସ୍ପାତ ଓ ଖଣି ବିଭାଗ ସାଂସ୍କୃତିକ ପରିଷଦ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଆୟୋଜିତ ଅନ୍ତଃବିଭାଗୀୟ କ୍ରିକେଟ ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟ ର ସେମିଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ ରେ ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକ ସଂପର୍କ ବିଭାଗ ଏବଂ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ବିଜୟ ଲାଭ କରି ଫାଇନାଲରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ପ୍ରଥମ ସେମିଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ ରେ ସୂଚନା ଓ ଲୋକ ସଂପର୍କ ବିଭାଗ, ଅର୍ଥ ବିଭାଗ କୁ ୩୮ ରନ୍ ରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ, ଦ୍ଵିତୀୟ ସେମିଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ ରେ ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ, ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ଓ ପାନୀୟ ଜଳ ବିଭାଗ କୁ ୧୦୨ ରନ୍ ରେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିଥିଲା।

ଫାଇନାଲ ମ୍ୟାଚ ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୩ ତାରିଖ ରେ ଖେଳାଯିବ।

OPSC ASO Court Case : Judgement Copy Dt.19.05.2023

EXTRACT OF THE JUDGEMENT

63. Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed. The merit/select (short listed) list published vide Notice dated 07.11.2022 by the OPSC for document verification and skill test under Annexure-5 is hereby quashed. Consequential, Press Notice dated 10.11.2022 and 22.11.2022 are also hereby quashed. It is further directed that the OPSC shall redraw the select /merit (short listed) list strictly in terms of the Rule-6(5) and Rule-6(6) as well as the schedule appended to the Rules, 2016 on the basis of the aggregate marks secured by the candidates. Accordingly, the candidates shall be called for verification of document and to participate in the skill test on the basis of redrawn merit/select (short listed) within a period of two months from today. Further it is directed that both the State Government as well as the OPSC shall ensure that the selection process continues strictly in terms of the Rules, 2016. There shall be no order as to cost. Rs 2000 banknotes will be withdrawn from circulation: RBI

Rs. 2000 Notes will continue as legal tender.

Rs.2000 Notes can be deposited in account as usual.

Rs 2000 notes can be exchanged from May 23 till September 30, 2023 up to a maximum of Rs 20000 at a time.

Rs. 2000 was introduced in November, 2016
Printing of Rs. 2000 Notes was stopped in 2018-19
Now Banks are advised to stop issuing Rs. 2000 Notes

SMCA Cup 2023 : Point Table in league matches

After completion of League Matches of SMCA Cup 2023, the top two teams from each groups qualifies to enter next level. The cricket tournament being organised by Steel & Mines Department Cultural Association has been started since 17.04.2023. The Pre-Quarter Final matches will start from tomorrow i.e. 12.05.2023 and the Final Match will be played on 20.05.2023.
