Increase in salary of Mission Shakti employees by ₹500/-

ଆହୁରି ସଶକ୍ତ ହେବ ମିଶନ ଶକ୍ତି। ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ମିଶନ ଶକ୍ତି ଗ୍ରାମପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଓ ବ୍ଲକସ୍ତରୀୟ ଫେଡେରେସନ କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତାଙ୍କ ବୈଠକ ଦେୟ ପରିମାଣରେ ₹୫୦୦ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ୨୦୨୩ ଅକ୍ଟୋବର ମାସରୁ ପିଛିଲା ଭାବେ ଏହା ଲାଗୁ ହେବାକୁଥିବାବେଳେ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ ୧.୨୬ ଲକ୍ଷରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ଵ କର୍ମକର୍ତ୍ତା। 

ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ବ୍ଲକସ୍ତରୀୟ ଫେଡେରସନର ସଭାପତି ଓ ସଂପାଦକମାନଙ୍କ ବୈଠକ ଦେୟ ₹୪,୦୦୦ରୁ ₹୪,୫୦୦ ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରିଣୀ ସଦସ୍ୟଙ୍କ ଦେୟ ₹୨,୦୦୦ରୁ ₹୨,୫୦୦ କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଛି। ସେହିପରି ଗ୍ରାମପଞ୍ଚାୟତସ୍ତରୀୟ ଫେଡେରସନର ସଭାପତି ଓ ସମ୍ପାଦକମାନଙ୍କ ବୈଠକ ଦେୟ ₹୨,୦୦୦ରୁ ₹୨,୫୦୦ କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଏବଂ ଅନ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକାରିଣୀ ସଦସ୍ୟାଙ୍କ ଦେୟ ₹୧,୦୦୦ରୁ ₹୧,୫୦୦କୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ହୋଇଛି। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ବର୍ଷକୁ ₹୨୪୯.୨୧ କୋଟି ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରାଯିବ।

Additional Casual Leave in favour of Women Government Employees

Government of Odisha have been pleased to extend 10 days of Additional Casual Leave in a calendar year in favour of women Government employees over and above the existing 10 days of casual leave and 5 days of special casual leave. 

ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଭାଗରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକରୁଥିବା ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ବାର୍ଷିକ ୨୫ ଦିନର ସାମୟିକ ଛୁଟି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ବର୍ଷକୁ ୧୫ ଦିନର ସାମୟିକ ଛୁଟି ଦିଆଯାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ମହିଳା ସରକାରୀ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆଉ ଅଧିକ ୧୦ ଦିନର ଛୁଟି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ଫଳରେ ସରକାରୀ ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ବର୍ଷକୁ ୨୫ ଦିନର ସାମୟିକ ଛୁଟି ଉପଭୋଗ କରିପାରିବେ। ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କ ପାରିବାରିକ ଦାୟିତ୍ୱ ଓ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସମସ୍ୟକୁ ଆଖି ଆଗରେ ରଖି ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏହି ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ରାଜ୍ୟର ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିମାନଙ୍କର ପାରିତୋଷିକ ଓ  ଭତ୍ତା ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପରିଷଦ ସଭାପତିମାନେ ୯,୩୮୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତେ ୩୦,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ମାସିକ ପାରିତୋଷିକ ପାଇବେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦୈନିକ ଭତ୍ତା ୩୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୬୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି।

ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସମିତି ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷମାନେ ୩,୫୩୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଉଥିଲେ,  ଏବେ ୧୫,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବେ। ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସମିତି ଉପାଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷମାନେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପାରିତୋଷିକ ୨,୩୫୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏବେ ୭,୫୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବେ। ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସମିତି ସଦସ୍ୟମାନେ ୭,୫୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା, ସରପଞ୍ଚମାନେ ୧୦,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ଓ ନାଏବ ସରପଞ୍ଚମାନେ ୪,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବେ। ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ  ସମିତି ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ଉପାଧକ୍ଷ, ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ସମିତି ସଭ୍ୟ, ସରପଞ୍ଚ ନାଏବ ସରପଞ୍ଚ ଏବଂ ୱାର୍ଡମେମ୍ବରମାନଙ୍କର ଦୈନିକ ଭତ୍ତା୨୪୦ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୪୮୦ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି।

ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଯେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିମାନଙ୍କର ପାରିତୋଷିକ ଓ ଭତ୍ତା ବାବଦରେ ୭୯.୮୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହୋଉଥିଲା। ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ରାଶି ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଏବେ ୨୪୨.୫୬ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ହେବ। ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ଏଥିପାଇଁ ୧୬୨.୬୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ବହନ କରିବେ।

ଏହା ବ୍ୟତିତ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତିରାଜ ପ୍ରତିନିଧିମାନଙ୍କର ପଦବୀରେ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ବିୟୋଗ ଘଟିଲେ ଅନୁକମ୍ପମୂଳକ ସହାୟତା ରାଶି ବାବଦରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ମିଳିବ । ଏହା ସହିତ ଦୂର୍ଘଟଣାଜନିତ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅକ୍ଷମତା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ୨ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ସହାୟତା ଦିଆଯିବ। ସେହିପରି ଆଂଶିକ ଅକ୍ଷମତା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ସହାୟତା ଦିଆଯିବ।

Citizenship (Amendment) Rules, 2024

The law does not deprive anyone of citizenship nor does it grant citizenship to anyone. 

It merely modifies the category of people who can apply (for citizenship). 

It does this by exempting the applicants from the definition of “illegal migrant" – any person who belongs to the Hindu, Sikh, Buddhist, Jain, Parsi or Christian community and is from Afghanistan, Bangladesh or Pakistan, who has entered India on or before the 31st day of December, 2014, and who has been exempted by the Central Government or the Foreigners Act, under clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Passport (Entry into India) Act, 1920, or the provisions of 1946 or under any rule.

Hike in remuneration of outsourcing employees

The remuneration of the Service Provider Agencies was last revised in November,  2021 vide FD Letter No 30722/6.11.21. Considering the demands of the Service Provider Agencies and the present cost of living, Government have been pleased to enhance the monthly remuneration to be paid by the SPAs with the conditions as  enumerated below: , (GA&PG Department RESOLUTION No. 7982 Dt.07.03.2024) 

୧. ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମାସିକ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକରେ ୨୫ ପ୍ରତିଶତ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଗଲା

୨. ସେମାନେ ଯେପରି ମାସ ଶେଷକୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ଠିକ୍‌ ସମୟରେ ପାଇପାରିବେ, ଏହା ସୁନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଛି

୩. Outsourcing କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ Service Provider Agency ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିବାଦର ସମାଧାନ ପାଇଁ Odisha State Outsourcing Employees OMBUDSMAN ଗଠନ ବିଷୟ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି ।

୪. ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା ଥିବା କାର୍ମଚାରୀ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଧିକ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ମିଳିବ। ପ୍ରତି  ପାଞ୍ଚ  ବର୍ଷର  ଅଭିଜ୍ଞତା  ପାଇଁ  ମାସିକ ଅଧିକ  ଏକହଜାର  ଟଙ୍କା  ମିଳିବ।

୫. ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଥମ ଦୁଇଟି ସନ୍ତାନ ଜନ୍ମ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ୧୨୦ ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମାତୃତ୍ବ ଛୁଟି ନେଇପାରିବେ।

୬. Outsourcing କର୍ମଚାରୀ ତଥା Service Provider Agencyଙ୍କର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଶୁଣାଣୀ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତି ବିଭାଗରେ ଜମେ ନୋଡାଲ ଅଫିସର ରହିବେ ।

୭. ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଦାଖଲର ସରଳୀକରଣ ପାଇଁ GA&PG Department, CMGI ଜରିଆରେ ଏକ Software Application ବିକଶିତ କରାଯିବ। ଯେଉଁଥିରେ କି ଉଭୟ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଓ ଏଜେନ୍‌ସି ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅଭିଯୋଗ ଦାଖଲ କରିପାରିବେ।

୮. ଯେଉଁ outsourcing କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ଏବେ ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ପାଉଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକକୁ ନୂଆ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାରେ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ଦିଆଯିବ।

ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥାକୁ ଶୃଙ୍ଖଳିତ ଭାବରେ ପରିଚାଳିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସବୁ ବିଭାଗ Service Providing Agency  ମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ supplementary agreement କରିବେ।

Cabinet approves additional instalment of Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief to Central Government employees and pensioners

49.18 lakh employees and 67.95 lakh pensioners to benefit

4% benefit to cost Rs.12,868.72 crore per annum to exchequer

The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi approved to release an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners w.e.f. 1.1.2024 representing an increase of 4% over the existing rate of 46% of the Basic Pay/Pension, to compensate against price rise.

The combined impact on the exchequer on account of both Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief would be Rs.12,868.72 crore per annum.  This will benefit about 49.18 lakh Central Government employees and 67.95 lakh pensioners.

This increase is in accordance with the accepted formula, which is based on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission.

ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଆଜି ଏକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି କ୍ରମେ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଆଶା କର୍ମୀମାନଙ୍କର ମାସିକ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ଘୋଷଣା କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ସହିତ ଆଶା କର୍ମୀଙ୍କର ସେବା ନିବୃତ୍ତି ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହନ ରାଶିରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହାଦ୍ବାରା ରାଜ୍ୟର ୪୯,୫୨୨ ଆଶା କର୍ମୀ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ। ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବର୍ଷକୁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ୧୪୮.୫୭ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବେ।

ଏହି ନୂତନ ଘୋଷଣା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ, ଆଶା କର୍ମୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ମାସିକ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ୪,୫୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାରୁ ୭,୦୦୦ ଟଙ୍କାକୁ ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରାଯାଇଛି। ସେବା ନିବୃତ୍ତି ସମୟରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସେମାନେ ୫୦ ହଜାର ଟଙ୍କା ପାଉଥିବା ବେଳେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ୧ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇବେ। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାରିଶ୍ରମିକ ବାବଦରେ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବାର୍ଷିକ ୫୯.୪୩ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରୁଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏବେ ବାର୍ଷିକ ୨୦୮ କୋଟି ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ କରିବେ। ସେହିଭଳି ସେବା ନିବୃତ୍ତି ସହାୟତା ବାବଦରେ ୫୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ବ୍ୟୟ ବହନ କରିବେ।
