Inauguration of OSSA House - II after renovation
30.09.2021 : The renovated second campus of Odisha Secretariat Service Association (OSSA) in Unit-V, Behind Rajiv Bhawan has been inaugurated by some senior members in presence of other active young members with Covid Guidelines. In this occasion, various issues of OSS Cadre was discussed including next election of OSSA. It was suggested to be united for ever as members of a single association which will help us to put our demands before Government and achieve it for betterment of OSS Cadre.

ASO Preparation Strategy : Motivation
ପାଠକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ୱାଗତ। ଆଶାକରୁଛି ୨୦ ଦିନିଆ ଯୋଜନା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଅନେକ ବନ୍ଧୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତି ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିବେ। ASO Preparation Strategy: Days 6-20 ଆସନ୍ତା ୨୫ ତାରିଖରେ ସରିବ। ତେଣୁ ଆସନ୍ତା ତା ୨୬.୦୯.୨୦୨୧ ରିଖରେ ଏକ Practice Set ଦିଆଯିବାର ଥିଲା। କିନ୍ତୁ OSSC ଚଳିତ ମାସରେ ଲଗାତର ଭାବେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରି ଫଳାଫଳ ବାହାର କରିଆସୁଛି। ତେଣୁ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ପରୀକ୍ଷାର୍ଥୀ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ରହୁଛନ୍ତି।

OSSA opposes engagement of professional agencies for assessment of requirements of Jr Assistant / ASO / SO
In a meeting held on 07.04.2021, it was decided to engage a professional agency for assessment of requirement of staff (Jr Assistant / ASO / SO) in a section of both Secretariat and HoD based on workload and the Daks received after integration of HoDs with Administrative Departments and implementation of OSWAS.
