SMCA Cup 2023 : Point Table in league matches

After completion of League Matches of SMCA Cup 2023, the top two teams from each groups qualifies to enter next level. The cricket tournament being organised by Steel & Mines Department Cultural Association has been started since 17.04.2023. The Pre-Quarter Final matches will start from tomorrow i.e. 12.05.2023 and the Final Match will be played on 20.05.2023.

Revised calendar for processing of the e-PAR in HRMS

Last date for submission of Self Appraisal Report was fixed at 30th April of each year as per GA&PG Department Letter No.1199/PRO Dt.26.04.2006 and No.1200/PRO Dt.26.04.2006. 

But the calendar for submission of e-PAR has been revised from the year 2022 as follows.
a) Submission of self-appraisal report : 31st May
b) Remarks of Reporting Authority : 31st July
c) Remarks of Reviewing Authority : 30th September
d) Remarks of Accepting Authority : 31st December

Government employees can't claim additional remuneration for overtime duty


24. Unlike those employed in factories and industrial establishments, persons in public service who are holders of civil posts or in the civil services of the Union or the State are required to place themselves at the disposal of the Government all the time. Rule 11 of the Fundamental Rules reads as under:-
Unless in any case it be otherwise distinctly provided, the whole time of a Government servant is at the disposal of the Government which pays him, and he may be employed in any manner required by proper authority, without claim for additional remuneration, whether the services required of him are such as would ordinarily be remunerated from general revenues, from a local fund or from the funds of a Body incorporated or not, which is wholly or substantially owned or controlled by the Government.”
