ରାଜ୍ୟବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତମ ଓ ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ଯୋଗାଇବାକୁ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାର ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧ। ଏଥିଲାଗି ଚଳିତ ମାସ ୧୧ ତାରିଖରେ ଲୋକର୍ପଣ ହେବ ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ଭାରତ-ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଜନ ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ଯୋଜନା ଏବଂ ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁ ଜନ ଆରୋଗ୍ୟ ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ ଯୋଜନା। ଦେଶର ୨୯,୦୦୦ ତାଲିକାଭୁକ୍ତ ଅଗ୍ରଣୀ ଘରୋଇ ଏବଂ ସରକାରୀ ଚିକିତ୍ସାଳୟରେ ଦେୟମୁକ୍ତ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସେବା ମିଳିପାରିବ।
ଏହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ରାଜ୍ୟର ସମୁଦାୟ ୩.୫ କୋଟି ଲୋକ ଉପକୃତ ହେବେ। ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପରିବାର ପିଛା ୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସୁବିଧା ଦିଆଯିବା ବେଳେ ପରିବାରର ମହିଳା ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ସେବା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ। ଗୋଟିଏ ପରିବାରରେ ୭୦ ବର୍ଷରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୟସର ହିତାଧିକାରୀ ଥିଲେ, ପରିବାର ପ୍ରତି ଚିକିତ୍ସା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ସର୍ବାଧିକ ୧୫ ଲକ୍ଷ ଟଙ୍କା ପାଇପାରିବେ। ସେହିପରି ୭୦ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରୁ ଅଧିକ ବୟସର ଲୋକ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆୟୁଷ୍ମାନ ବୟୋବନ୍ଦନା ଯୋଜନାରେ ସାମିଲ କରାଯିବ।
ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଲେଖାଏଁ କାର୍ଡ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରାଯିବ, ଯାହାଫଳରେ ବିଶେଷକରି ରାଜ୍ୟ ବାହାରେ ରହୁଥିବା ହିତାଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଉ ଦେୟମୁକ୍ତ ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟସେବା ପାଇବାରେ କୌଣସି ଅସୁବିଧା ହେବନାହିଁ। ବୟୋବନ୍ଦନା ଯୋଜନାରେ ହିତାଧିକାରୀମାନେ ଅଲଗା ଏକ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର କାର୍ଡ ପାଇବେ। ନୂତନ ଏକକ କାର୍ଡ଼ ପାଇବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ହିତାଧିକାରୀମାନେ ତାଲିକାଭୁକ୍ତ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲମାନଙ୍କରେ ନିଜର ଆଧାର କାର୍ଡ଼/ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପାଖରେ ଥିବା ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ କାର୍ଡ଼ ନମ୍ବର ଦେଇ ଚିକିତ୍ସା ପାଇପାରିବେ ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 8(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954 read with Regulation 9(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1955 and Rule 3 of the Indian Administrative Service (Probation) Rules, 1954, the President is pleased to appoint the following members of the State Civil Service of Odisha to the Indian Administrative Service against the vacancies determined by Government of India under Regulation 5(1) of the said Regulations in consultation with the State Government for the year-wise Select Lists of 2023 and 2024 on probation until further orders and to allocate them to the Odisha Cadre, under Rule 5(1) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954,”
Cabinet approves release of an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief to Pensioners w.e.f. 01.01.2025.
The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi approved to release of an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners w.e.f. 01.01.2025 representing an increase of 2% over the existing rate of 53% of the Basic Pay/Pension, to compensate against price rise.
The combined impact on the exchequer on account of increase in both Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief would be Rs. 6614.04 crore per annum. This will benefit about 48.66 lakh Central Government employees and 66.55 lakhs pensioners.
This increase is in accordance with the accepted formula, which is based on the recommendations of the 7th Central Pay Commission.
