ଓଡିଶା ସଚିବାଳୟ ସେବାସଂଘ ମାନ୍ୟବର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଙ୍କୁ ଗତ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ତଥା ପୌରପାଳିକା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ରେ ଅଦ୍ଭୁତପୂର୍ବ ସଫଳତା ପାଇଁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଛି। ଆଜି ନବୀନ ନିବାସ ରେ OSS  Cadre  ର କିଛି ବରିଷ୍ଠ ତଥା ଯୁବ ଅଧିକାରୀ ନବୀନ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କୁ  ଭେଟିଥିଲେ। ସଚିବାଳୟର ଏହି କ୍ୟାଡର ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସବୁ ବିକାଶୋନ୍ମୋଖୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ ରେ ସଦାସର୍ବଦା ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସହଯୋଗ କରୁଥିବାର ସୂଚନା ଦେବା ସହିତ ଆଗାମୀ ଦିନରେ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ହିତ ପାଇଁ ଶୁଭଦ୍ରୁଷ୍ଟି ଦେବାକୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା।

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର : ସରକାରୀ ସଂସ୍ଥାରେ ୫୦ ବା ତଦୂର୍ଧ୍ଵ ମହିଳା କର୍ମଚାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରତ ଥିଲେ, ସେଠାରେ ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କ୍ରେଚ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆଇନରେ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ରହିଛି। ହେଲେ ଅଧିକାଂଶ ସରକାରୀ ଅଫିସ୍‌ରେ ଏହି ସୁବିଧା ନାହିଁ। ଏହାକୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ବର ସହ ନେଇଛନ୍ତି ରାଜ୍ୟ ମାନବାଧିକାର କମିସନ୍‌ (ଓଏଚ୍‌ଆର୍‌ସି)। ଆଜି କମିସନ୍‌ର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍‌ ବିଜୟକୃଷ୍ଣ ପଟେଲ, ସଦସ୍ୟ ଜଷ୍ଟିସ୍‌ ରଘୁବୀର ଦାଶ ଓ ସଦସ୍ୟ ଅସୀମ ଅମିତାଭ ଦାଶଙ୍କୁ ନେଇ ଗଠିତ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣାଙ୍ଗ ଖଣ୍ଡପୀଠ ଆସନ୍ତା ୬ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସରକାରୀ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ କ୍ରେଚ୍‌ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା କରିବାକୁ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଶାସନ ସଚିବ ଏବଂ ମହିଳା ଓ ଶିଶୁ ବିକାଶ ବିଭାଗ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଶାସନ ସଚିବଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ବିଜୟ କୁମାର ପଣ୍ଡା, ଗୋଲେଖ ପ୍ରସାଦ ନାୟକ, ଶୁଭାଶିଷ ପଣ୍ଡା, ପ୍ରକାଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଦାସ ଓ ବିଶ୍ବପ୍ରିୟ କାନୁନ୍‌ଗୋ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଆଇନଜୀବୀମାନଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆଗତ ଏକ ପିଟିସନ୍‌ର ଶୁଣାଣି କରି କମିସନ ଏହି ରାୟ ଶୁଣାଇଛନ୍ତି।

Sri Deep Ranjan Bisoyee (Section Officer, Finance Department), the international awardee in Para Badminton Championship and Mrs Abhisikta Pattnaik (Section Officer, W&CD Deptt), the awardee in All India Civil Service Chess Tournament were felicitated by the Odisha Secretariat Athletic Association in the august hands of the Principal Secretary to Govt, Finance Department at 6.15 PM on 23rd March in the  Secretariat Mini Stadium.

ଆମ ଗାଁ ସରପଞ୍ଚ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ଲବି କରୁଥିବା ଜଣେ ସଂପର୍କୀୟ ଦାଦା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଆସିଥିଲେ। ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ଥିଲା ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବିଧାୟକ ଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖା କରିବା। ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ଆସିଥିଲେ ଆଉ ୩-୪ ସଂପର୍କୀୟ ଗାଁ ଗୁରୁଜନ। ଏମାନେ ପ୍ରାୟତଃ ବିଗତ ୨୦-୩୦ ବର୍ଷ ହେଲା ଗାଁ ରେ ରାଜନୀତି କରୁଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଦ୍ରୁଷ୍ଟିରେ ଆଜିର ଯୁବ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପସନ୍ଦ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦି ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ରେ କୌଣସି ଗାଁ ଲୋକ ଭେଟ ହୁଅନ୍ତି, ତେବେ ସବୁ ଭୁଲିଯାଏ ଆଉ ବହୁତ ଖୁସି ଲାଗେ। ବର୍ଷ ସାରା ବିଧାୟକ ଙ୍କ ସରକାରୀ କ୍ୱାର୍ଟର କୁ ଆସୁଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ, ଏଜି ଛକରୁ ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବିହାର ଫେରିବା ବାଟରେ ବାମ ପଟରେ ସଚିବାଳୟ ଓ ବିଧାନସଭାକୁ କେବଳ ବୋଲେରୋ ଗାଡି ଭିତରୁ ଦେଖନ୍ତି ଅଥଚ ତଥାକଥିତ ସୁରକ୍ଷା ବଳୟ ଭେଦ କରି ଭିତରକୁ ଯିବାର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନ ମଧ୍ଯ ଦେଖିନଥାନ୍ତି।
